Job Summary
About the Role
We are a professional commercial cleaning company seeking reliable, detail-oriented Facility Care Specialists to maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards across assigned client sites.
This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in doing work correctly, value consistency and accountability, and understand that quality matters even when no one is watching.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

- Performing routine commercial cleaning tasks according to established standards and site checklists
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking restrooms
- Properly handling spills using approved cleaning methods and equipment
- Removing trash and maintaining clean, organized common areas
- Identifying and reporting maintenance or supply needs
- Following site-specific instructions, safety procedures, and quality expectations

Assigned duties must be completed fully during each scheduled shift.

Responsibilities 
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building
  • Vacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash cans daily
  • Clean windows, shampoo carpets, replace light bulbs, supply restrooms, and perform minor repairs on a regular basis
  • Wipe up spills and other hazards with sponges and squeegees
  • Secure the building by locking doors once cleaning is complete
  • Write reports of areas cleaned and notify the manager of major repairs
Qualifications
  • Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in janitorial services
  • Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite
  • Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment
  • Excellent stamina and physical health
  • Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour
